The county is bursting with the flavour of local produce along with quality cuisine to satisfy anyone’s appetite.

Eating out or eating in, Northamptonshire has something to suit all tastes, and to whet all appetites – be it a teashop, pub grub, curry house or haute cuisine.
We are great ones for appreciating our local produce.
And who can blame us, with the wonderful things our great countryside provides? Our numerous Farmers’ Markets are an ever-popular feature, thronged with foodies who know a good thing when they taste it.

Northamptonshire’s Campaign to Protect rural England (CPRE) are holding a new Awards competition in 2009 which will recognise and celebrate county producers and businesses that offer top quality local foods.
To find out more about the awards or nominate someone click the link to download the leaflet from the CPRE website.
