At the very beginning of September I will be doing a collaborative multi media exhibition/performance with a dancer. It will be the outcome of several months of distance collaboration. The event will be in a swanky nightclub in central Leeds and be a mix of 2D artworks, installation and sound, films, projections and contemporary dance. All the work has been devised and made by myself and Briony the dancer. I have even been involved with adapting the costumes.
All the work has been devised and made by myself (visual artist) and Briony (choreographer and dancer). One aspect, the installation, is made up of postcards that we have been sending to each other and getting up to 100 strangers to send in response to a letter.
